Hal Stuart, like his Grandfather Henry William Morgan, Partner, Koons and Montgomery and his Father, William C. Stuart III, Founder of Stuart & Maury Realtors, Berry, Wright, Stuart Construction, Kettler Stuart & Sons Realtors and Morgan Home Funding Corporation. Hal entered the real estate field in 1985. Hal Stuart, President of Halco Homes is a third generation Washingtonian bringing a lifetime of experience into thousands of Washington area homes. Before settling in as President of Halco Homes, Hal co-founded Morgan Home Funding Corporation in 1991 with his father William Stuart, Clarence and James Kettler, Principals of Kettler Brothers, Inc. one of the largest home builders in the Washington Metropolitan area. Hal has been a licensed real-estate agent since 1985, affiliated with Stuart & Maury Inc. Entering the construction and development business in 1992. His first project was in Montgomery Village. Realizing his passion was high-end luxury homes, he moved to Potomac in 1994. Knowing the landscape well and being raised in Potomac., Hal's projects include homes in Potomac Falls,  Avenel, River Road Estates, Lake Potomac, River Oaks Farm, Belvedere, Potomac Manors, Luxmanor, Chevy Chase Village and Darnestown Estates. Projects outside the area include homes built in Rehoboth Beach Yacht & Country Club and South Bethany Beach Harbor. Hals wealth of real-estate knowledge will be added value in planning your projects feasability.
